YES you can trim the moustache during hajj !The evidence for that is the hadeeth of Aaishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) who said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Ten (actions) are part of the fitrah [natural inclinations of man]: t the moustache, letting the beard grow, using the siwaak (tooth-stick), rinsing the nose with water, clipping the nails, washing the finger joints, plucking the armpit hairs, shaving the and washing oneself with water after relieving oneself.
BUT YOU CANT TRIM THE HAIR ON THE HEAD DURING HAJJ

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Five things are part of the fitrah: circumcision, removing the pubic hair, t the moustache, cutting the nails, and plucking the armpit hair.
((And narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi with the word of imam nasa'e:, (And the head is not prescribed to take something from it during ihram. not in the right of men and women in the right . )) *

In an authentic Hadith, jointly reported by both Al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, There are five things which form (an integral) part of the fitrah (natural way of Allah which has been inherited from all previous Prophets of Allah), namely, circumcision, removing the pubic hair and shaving the armpit, clipping of nails, and t ones moustache. *
